Unfoliated: 'Fforasmuch as it appeareth by the peticon of Jane Dobson (a poore old & distressed widowe) now exhibited to this Court, that Rich: Dobson her husb was pressed for the Towne of Aughton to bee a soldier in the states service in Ireland in wch service hee was eyther slaine or dyed at Belfast in Ireland (as is ptended by the said Peticon) this Court doth therefore desire Lieutt Coll Aspinall & Maior Ffoxe to take the same into theire Consideracon; & to Incert her in the list of the maymed soldrs widowes & Orphants if they find cause.'
