Notes: Unfoliated: 'Upon pusing of the peticon of Jane Dobson wyffe of Richard Dobson a poore ould woman for manteynance and for a place of habitacon for her her husband beeing prssed wthin Aughton for the service of Ireland and upon enquiry of the place of her last residence it could not appeare she had any quiet settlemt in any place but wthin Euxton where she together wth her husband lived for the space of one whole yeare wthout any disturbance, yt is therefore ordered by this Court that the Ch & ovrs make pvision aswell for the manteynance & sustentacon of the sd Jane Dobson in some good & Competent soe as she shall not beg as alsoe for a Convenient place of habitacon for her soe as she bee not starved by lying out of dores or otherwise upon Complaint made to any Justice of peace wthin this County a warrant shall bee awarded agt them to take them bound to answer theire Contempts at the next Sessions to bee holden for the hundreds of Darby & Leyland.'
