[f.84] ‘Vpon the humble peticion of James Tooley of Woodley in this county husbandman a Souldier maimed in his late Majesties Service This Court doth order that the Treasurer for the maimed Souldiers of the county doe henceforth pay vnto the said James Tooley a pencion of Forty Shillings per annum by quarterly payments vntill further order & five Shillings in hand.’
