‘Whereas James Fullelowe had heretofore a ye[a]rely penc[i]on of tenn pounds granted him by this Court payable out of the treasury for the maimed Soldiers he beinge then supposed a p[er]son well qualifyed to receive the same; But this Court now beinge Credibly informed that the s[ai]d Fullelowe is a very idle Drunken & dissolute p[er]son, and altogether unworthy to receive soe great a favour This Court doth therefore order that five pounds ye[a]rely of the said penc[i]on be withdrawen. And that he be onely allowed five pounds yeerly for the tyme to come.’
