[f.130] ‘Vpon the humble petition of Hugh Viccary of Kings Nympton a Souldier maimed in his late Majesties Service This Courte doth thinke fitt and order that the Treasurer for the maimed Souldiers of this County doe henceforth pay vnto the said Hugh Viccary a pencion of Forty shillings per annum per quarterly payments vntill further Order and Five shillings in hand.’
