[f.158r] ‘This Courte being well satisfyed that a former order of this Courte for paying vnto Hugh Viccary of Kings Nimpton in this County a pencion of Forty shillings per annum vntill further Order was surreptitiously obtained and that the said Viccary is a person of an ill conversacion This Courte doth thinke fitt and order that the said Order be and hereby is revoked and that the Treasurer aforesaid doe henceforth forbeare paying vnto the said Hugh Viccary any pencion in pursuance of the said former Order.’
