[f.145] ‘Vpon the humble petition of Henry Sherfaud of Morchard Bishopp in this County maimed in the Service of his late Majestie King Charles the First of blessed memory This Court doth thinke fitt & order that the Treasurer for the maimed souldiers of this County doe henceforth pay vnto the said Henry Sherfaud a pencion of 30 s. per annum by quarterly payments vntill further orders and 2 s. 6 d. in hand.’
