‘Whereas Henry Rigsby of Buckenham beinge a maimed soldier was left out in the Treasurors Roll being in Ireland in service and having formerly a pencon of forty shillings by yeare granted him by this Court & now have seaven quarters pay arrears which the said Rigsby prayed this Court to have & that he might be putt againe into the Treasorers Roll to receyve thereby yearly his former pensyon, which this Court hold reasonable & ordered accordingly& desired the Treasorers of the maimed soldiors to putt him into the Roll againe & to pay him his arrears beinge three pounds & tenn shillings.’
