‘Forasmuch as it appeare to this Co[u]rt by the Informacon of Benathan Reisby mother in law to Henry Reisby a Souldier who had a pension of xl s. per ann[um] heretofore granted to him by this Co[u]rt who is in arreare of pay now three yeares & one quarter which amount to vj li. & x s. w[hi]ch sum[m]e this Co[u]rt thinck fit that the said Henry Reisby should be paid & order the same to be paid to the s[ai]d Benathan Reisby for the said Henry by the Treasorers of the maimed Souldiers.’
