Unfoliated: 'Yt is ordered by this Court that Hen Mason a late soldier in his Maties service shall according to his Certificate and the lawe in that case pvided have liberty to settle in Tyldesley cum Shakerley there to exercise such trade mistery or occupacon he is inabled to sett up unles the Overseers of the poore of the said towne of Tyldesley cum Shakerley shall shew cause to the Justices of peace at theire next privy Sessions to bee holden at Newton haveing notice hereof.'
