Unfoliated: 'It is ordered by this Court that the Churchws & ovseers of the roode wthin the parish of Eccleston shall forthwth upon notice hereof make provicon for the Manteynce and Sustentacon of Henry A little poor Child of John Harrisons late of Eccleston decd who dyed in Scotland in the service of the Comonweatlh of England & whose mother is likewise deade & left noe meanes for his relieffe & mainteynce in some Good & Competent manner soe as hee shall not begge or otherwise upon Complt made to any Justice of peace wthin this County A wart shalbee Awarded against them to take them bound to answer theire Contempts at the next Sessions of peace to bee holden at Wigan.'
