Ordered that '‘Whereas Gyles Loader late of Carisbrooke in the Isle of Wight deceased was one of the pencioners of this County & dyed in December 1688 and yet his son Gyles Loader hath fraudulently received the summe of three pound seaven shillings & six pence of the County money as due to the sayd Gyles Loader his father (although deceased) This Court doth order the sayd Gyles Loader the son doe forthwith pay the said summe of three poundes seaven shillings and six pence to Mr Imber & if he shall refuse then the next or some other Justice of the Peace of this County is hereby desired to bind him over to the next sessions there to answer his contempt'.
