'Upon the presentment of a list under the hands of Matthew Davyes & Henry Whitaker, Esquires, two of his majesties Justices of the Peace for this county of such indigent souldiers who shewed themselves loyall and faithfull to his late majestie, togeither with the widows & orphans of such persons who never diserted the sayd service, It is ordered by this court that the Treasurer for the easterne parte of this county doe pay unto each of them & who are in a list hereunto annexed the summe of twenty shillings each for their present reliefe.'
