f. 17r: The Bench, understanding by Certificate that George Weeden, a maimed soldier, was heretofore a house keeper in the parish of South Mimms, Middlesex, and that he went out thence on the state's service, declares that the said Weeden ought not to be provided for by this county, and therefore directs him to apply himself to the justices of the peace in the county of Middlesex and to use their means to provide for him, either by way of a pension or according to the Ordinance of Parliament.
