[f.210] ‘Vpon the humble peticion of George Babb of Sampford Courtenay in this County a Souldier Maimed in the service of his late Majestie King Charles the First This Court doth order that the Treasurer for the maimed souldiers of this County doe henceforth pay vnto the said George Babb a pencion of Forty Shillings per annum by quarterly payments vntill further order.’
