‘Uppon Complaint of Gabriell Hixe a poore pencioner of this County that he hath not received his pencion formerly allowed him nor the some of forty shillinges in arreare for the yeare past, This Court doth order that the Treasurer of the maymed souldiers doth forthwith pay unto the said Hixe the forty shillings in arreare, and continue him his pencion of xl s. per annum to be paid him quarterly as other pencioners of this County, any order to the contrary notwithstandinge.’
