Pension to continue until Foulds was seven years old. On the same day their mother had petitioned that her husband was a settled dweller in Cononley when he took up arms for parliament. She had been left with four children, two of whom were under seven years old. She was ordered to receive 20 s. per annum for herself, and each of the two youngest children were to receive 10 s. per annum until they were seven years old. These moneys were to be paid by the Treasurer for Lame Soldiers. The churchwardens and overseers of Kildwick were ordered to arrange apprenticeships for the two older children, and also for the two younger children when they reached seven years old.
