Emanuell Justice petitioned the court that he had received a maimed soldier’s pension of £6 a year from 1616 until August 1642 but this was stopped because he had testified his affections to Charles I and Charles II. He was given £20 and recommended to the general sessions for the remainder of his arrears, whilst his pension was to be reinstated.
