Unfoliated: 'It is ordered by this Court that the Ch & Overseers of the poore wthin the Township of Batam cum Ireby or any two of them shall forthwth upon notice hereof repaire unto Robte Ffoster of Ireby aforesaid & demand of him the some of viiil formerly by him promised and undertaken to bee payed unto Ellen Breanon for the manteyance of her & her 8 smale Children (in regard her husband went for the service of Ireland for & in the roome & steed of the said Robte Ffoster) who is hereby ordered to pay the same unto them unlesse hee shew iust cause to the Contrary unto the Justice of peace at there next monthly metting to bee holden for that division or otherwise upon Complt.'
