At the Stokesley sessions of 13 July last, the churchwardens and overseers of Goulton were ordered to pay 4 d. weekly to Elizabeth Denton. It now appeared that Elizabeth Denton was an inhabitant of the township of Potto, and that the inhabitants of Goulton were sufficiently charged for the maintenance of their own poor. The churchwardens and overseers of Potto were thus now to pay the 4 d. weekly to Elizabeth Denton.
