[f.201r-202] ‘Whereas Bernard Hatherley of Tenton Droe in this County formerly received a pencion of Thirty shillings per Annum by quarterly payments as a maimed Soldier and is dead since the last generall Sessions of the peace of this County This Court doth thinke fitt & order that the Treasurer for the maimed Soldiers of this County doe forthwith pay vnto Elinor Hatherly relict of the said Barnard the Summe of Seaven Shillings & Sixe pence which would have beene due vnto him if he had lived vntill this present Sessions.’
