‘Whereas Elias Quick of Kilmington (who receiveth a pencion of forty shillings per annum as a maymed souldier) hath beene indicted for a notorious ryot which hee hath at this Sessions confessed It is therefore ordered that the said yearly pencion of forty shillings per annum be wholy taken off and the Treasurer for the maymed souldiers of this County is to take notice of the same.’
