[f.114r] ‘Vpon the humble petition of Edward Westcott of Milton Abbot in this County a Souldier maimed in his said Majesties service This Courte doth thinke fitt and order that the Treasurer for the maimed Souldiers of this County doe henceforth pay vnto the said Edward Westcott a pencion of Thirty Shillings per annum vntill further order per quarterly payments.’
