‘Vpon Certificate made vnto this Courte by Bartholomew Gidley & Arthur Bury esquires of the good & faithfull service done by Edward Ware of Okeford in his late Majesties service of his wounds received therein It is ordered that the said Edward Ware shall have his pencion of 20 s. per annum formerly allowed him continued till further order and paied vnto him by the Treasurer for the maymed souldiers togeather with the arreares of his said former pencion.’
