Upon the petition of Edward Suckley, gentleman, aged eighty-four years, alleging that he had served his Majesty in the late wars and had been a great sufferer on his Majesty’s behalf during the said wars, it was ordered that the sum of forty and two shillings be paid to the said Mr Edward Suckley by the Treasurer of the East Division of the county, upon this condition: that the said Mr Edward Suckley never trouble the court nor the Justices anymore upon the account of any pension or arrears of pension.
