"Whereas it appeareth that Robert Bayley late of Culmstock … a maymed souldier who hath allowed him fifty shillings yearely for his pencion is servant to William Dawkins Captain of the Nonesuch frigatt & now in the service of ye common wealth, It is therefore ordered that the Treasurer for maymed souldiers doe forthwith pay unto Edward Hickman of the Citty of Exon Iremonger all the Arreares due to the said Robert Bayley to and for his use."
