‘It is ordered by this Courte that David Oliver of Kenne a souldier maymed in the late Kings service be allowed the yearly pencion of three pounds to be paied by the Treasurer for the maymed souldiers of this County by quarterly payments till further order to be disposed of as the Justices of the peace of that division or any two of them shall thinke fitt and to have tenn shillings in hand to be disposed of as aforesaid.’
