[f.128] ‘Vpon the humble petition of Daniel Allen a maimed Souldier and officer in his late Majesties Service This Courte doth thinke fitt and order that the Treasurer for the maimed Souldiers of this County doe henceforth pay vnto the said Daniel Allen a pencion of Forty Shillings per annum per quarterly payments vntill further Order and tenne Shillings in hand.’
