Notes

It appeared to the court that Clare Nutley was the widow of Nicho[l]as Nutley, who had formerly lived in Inner Temple in the parish of St Dunstan in the West and had served in his late Majesty’s wars. It also appeared that Clare was aged and poor. It was therefore ordered that she have a pension of 40 shillings a year.
