The payment was to begin after the death of the 'first and next' pensioner after the date of the present order. Now aged, he is unable to maintain himself, his wife and children. Page faithfully served his late Majesty in the late war, under the command of Sir Charles Lucas during the whole time of the war. He never deserted the service and suffered much want.
