"Uppon the Peticion of Johan Levermore of Honiton, it is ordered that Mr Pitts the Treasurer for maymed souldiers paie all the Arreares by waie of Pencion which shall appeare by the booke to be due to John Evans a maymed souldier which doe amount unto £5 5 s. unto the said Johan Levermore, which monies to be imploied towards the maintenance of his children (which is nowe in the custody of the Peticioner)."
