[f.67r] ‘Vpon the humble petition of Benony Descent of Moretonhampsteed in this county a Soldier maimed in his late Majesties Service This Court doth thinke fitt and order that the Treasurer for the maimed Soldiers of this county doe henceforth pay vnto the said Benony Descent a pencion of thirty Shillings per annum by quarterly payments vntill further order & five shillings in hand.’
