[f.111] ‘Vpon the humble petition of Augustine Arscott of Belston husbandman in this county a Souldier maimed in the Service of his late Majestie King Charles the first This Court doth order that the Treasurer for the maimed Souldiers of this county doe henceforth pay vnto the said petitioner a pencion of Thirty Shillillings [sic] per annum by quarterly payments vntill further orders.’
