"Whereas it appeareth … that Henry Turner of Sydbury … was imployed in the service of the common wealth under the Command of Generall Venables & was landed with the fleet in Hispaniola where he was slayne, It is therefore ordered that the Treasurer for maymed souldiers shall forthwith pay unto Ann wife of the said Henry Turner three pounds for her present maintenance."
