Unfoliated: 'Yt is ordered by this Court that the Church-wardens and Ovseers of the poore wthin the pish of Prescott shall forthwth upon notice hereof make pvision for the manteynance and sustenacon of a little child of one Mathew Fforster a soldier now in service for the Parliamt and the mother of it dead (and left noe meanes for its livelyhood) in a good and competent manner & shall satisfie& pay [blank] for keeping of the Child for the tyme past or otherwise upon Complt made to any Justice of peace wthin this Country a warrant shall bee awarded agt them to take them to answer there contempts at the next Sessions here to bee holden.'
