Her husband, Francis Dennison of Brignall, had served as cornet and died in parliament’s service. The treasurer for lame soldiers was to pay Ann Dennison 20 s. as a gratuity for her and her three children’s present subsistence and the justices at the next sessions were to consider her and her children’s condition and to grant her a pension according to their discretion.
