‘Whereas Andrew Tall of Dartington a maymed souldier was heretofore allowed a pencion of 40 s. per annum and hath bin sithence abated 5 s. yearely thereof Now forasmuch as it appeareth vnto this Courte that the said Andrew Tall is become very impotent & necessitous It is therefore thought fitt & ordered by this Courte that his former pencion of 40 s. yearly bee continued & paied vnto him by the Treasurer for the maymed souldiers of this County as formerly till further order.’
