[f.44] ‘Vpon the humble petition of Andrew Heyward of Oakehampton in this County a Soldier maimed in his late Majesties Service This Court doth thinke fitt & order that the Treasurer for the maimed Soldiers doe henceforth pay vnto the said Andrew Heyward a pencion [of] Thirty Shillings per annum by quarterly payments vntill further order and Tenn Shillings in hand.’
