Unfoliated: 'Itt is ordered by this Court that the Churchw: & ovseers of the poore in the pish of Orke shall forthwth upon receipt hereof make pvision for the mainteynce & sustentacon of An Winstanley late wife of Tho Winstanley of Orke & her 2 small children, whose husb went a soldier into Scotland for the service of the Comonwealth of England & since is deade; & left noe meanes behind him for there releeffe & mainteyace in some good & competent manr according to theire pnt wants & necessities soe as they shall not beg & the said Churchwardens & overseers of the poore shall certifie their doinge herein to the Justices of peace at the next privie Sess to bee holden for the hundred of Derby; or otherwise upon Complt made to any Justice of peace wthin this County a wart shall bee awarded agt them to take them bound to answer theire contempts at the next Sess here to bee holden & then to bee pceeded agt according to lawe.'
