Rec[eived] then by mee William Rowland of Mellteyrne gent[leman] one of the maymed souldiers of the Countye of Carnarvon from the hands of John Ellis of Pullhely as from the woor[shipfu]ll Gryffyth Jones of Castellmarch esquire one of the treasurers for the maymed souldiers of the sayd countye for the years 1649 and 1650 the sume of three pounds in parte of payment of my stipend or pention due unto mee for the aforesayd yeares as a maymed souldier of the sayd Countye. I saye received the sume of iii li.
