Rec[eived] then by mee Humphrey Thomas of Llaneinga: in the countye of Carnarvon, one of the maymed souldiers of the sayd Countye from the hands of John Ellis of Pullhely as from the wor[shipfu]ll Gryffyth Jones of Castellmarch esquire one of the Treasurers of the maymed souldiers of the sayd Countye for the years of our lord 1649 and 1650 the sume of tenne shilinges of lawfull Englishe monye in full satisfaction of my stipend or pention due unto mee as for the said years as a maymed soildier of the sayd Countye. I saye received the sume of x s.
