Ad gen[er]alem Sess[iones] Pacis tent[um] p[er] Com[itatu] p[re]d[icti] [illegible] apud le Devizes quarto die Aprilis Anno regn[i] [illegible] Caroli sec[un]di nunc [illegible] Angl[iae] &c decimo septimo

Vpon the petition of William Litton of Ashton Keynes in this County blacksmith And it appearing to this Court that by reason of the Wounds he receaved when he was a Souldier in the Service of his late Ma[jes]tie hee is much disabled in body for worke. This Court doth Order that the Treasurer for the North p[ar]te of this County for maimed Souldiers and Marriners shall pay vnto him an yearely penc[i]on of Three Pounds p[er] ann[um] to bee paid him q[uar]terly The First payment thereof to beginne at Midsummer Sessions next. And also Thirty shillings in hand vpon sight hereof besides in Regard of his pr[e]sent Necessity

October ye 28th 1665 paid William Litton 1 li. 10 s. for two quarters pay ending this day the 29th of Novemb[er] in hand p[er] me Tho[mas] Long Treasurer.

And alsoe att the same time p[ai]d William Lytton 1 li. 10 s. for two quarters pay ending NovSeptember the 29th p[er] me Tho[mas]: long Treasurer.

 

December ye 21th 1665 paid William Lytton 15 s. 0 d. for one quarters pay ending this day. p[er] me Tho[mas] Long Treasurer

 

March ye 25th 1666 paid Will[iam] Lytton 15 s. for one quarters pay ending this day p[er] me Tho[mas] Long Treasurer.
