Itt is Ordered by {th}is C{e}rt[ificate] that William Calvert of Inskip a poore maymed & Indigent Souldier shall have the yearely pention of Five shillings six pence, the same to bee payd him by the Treasurer for maymed Souldiers for the tyme beeinge, Att eu[e]ry Seacond day of February dureinge his life, vnlesse this Court see Cause to alter the same
