Ad Sessionem pacis tent apud Wigan in Com[itatus] Lanc[astri] die lune vidz vicessimo se[cun]do die Octobris Anno Regni Regis D[o]m[ini] Caroli s[e]c[un]d[i] Anglie &c xviiio 1666

Yt is ordered by this Court that Thomas Whalley of Lathome a poore maymed & indigent soldier who served his Ma[jes]tie and his Royall father in the late warrs shall haue the yearely penc[i]on of six shillings eight pence formerly allowed him augmented to the yearly some of ten shillings the same to bee payed him yearly dureing his life by the treasurer of the maymed soldiers for Derby hundred for the tyme beeing vnles this Court see Cause to alter the same
