Ad Gen[er]al[em] Quarterial[em] Session[em] pacis D[omi]ni Regis tent[am] p[ro] Civitat London apud Guihald eiusdem Civitat die Lune scil[ice]t quinto die Julii Anno R[egni] R[egi]s Caroli S[e]c[un]di nunc Angl[ie] &c vicesimo septimo

Vppon the humble petic[i]on of Thomas Perrey of the parish of St Buttolph w[i]thout Bishoppsgate London haveing beene formerly allowed the sum[m]e of 52 s. p[er] Annu[m] for his releife as a maimed Souldier for the king in his Ma[jes]tyes late warres which yearely payment for some time past hath beene discontinued and not paid vnto him Itt is now ordered by this Courte that the said Thomas Perrey shall have the said yearely payment of 52 s. during his life from Midsomer last paid vnto him as a penc[i]oner by the Tre[asure]r for maimed souldiers in London
