Ad gen[er]al[em] Session[es] Pacis d[o]m[ini] R[egiu]s tent[um] apud Sarum [illegible] com[itatu] p[re]d[icti] nono die Januarii Anno regn[i] d[o]m[ini] [illegible] Caroli sec[un]di nunc R[egi]s Angl[iae] &c decimo septimo.

Vpon the Petition of Thomas Biffen of Fittleon in this County husb[andman] And it appearing to this Court that by reason of the wounds he receaved when he was a Souldier in the Service of his late Ma[jes]tie, hee is much disabled in body for worke This Court doth Order that the Treasurer for the North p[ar]te of his County for maimed Souldiers and Marriners shall pay vnto him an yearely penc[i]on of Forty shillinges p[er] ann[um] to be paid him q[uar]terly The first payment thereof to beginne att Easter Sessions next.

Octo[ber] ye 3th [16]66 p[ai]d Tho[mas] Bithin 10 s. 20 s. for a Halfe yeeres pay due 29th of Sept[ember] last p[er] me Jo[hn] Scrope Tre[asurer]

 

Aprill 17 1667 p[ai]d Tho[mas] Bithin 20 s. for half a years pay ending at our Lady day last past p[er] me John Scrope Trea[surer]

 

October the 9th 1667 payd Thomas Biffen 20 s. for halfe a yeare pay ending the 29th of Sept[ember] Last past p[er] me Joseph Beames
