In pursuance of an ord[e]r of the Gen[er]all Quarter Sessions held att the Devizes on the 9th day of Aprill last past. These Penc[i]oners viz:

Have appeared before us this day and wee doe find that they are Penc[i]oned by ord[e]r of Sessions and wee conceave that their pr[e]sent condic[i]ons require the Penc[i]ons they now receave and wee find none capable to serve his Ma[jes]tie in the pr[e]sent Warr save onely John Franclyne who is as wee are informed at pr[e]sent in his Ma[jes]ties service. Wee are further informed that some are dead, viz
