Ordered by the {illegible} Samuel C{on}stent{ine} of Ketlewell ({illegible} form[er]ly a penc[i]on allowed him, but for sev[er]all yeares the paym[en]t thereof hath beene delayed), having faithfully served his late Ma[jes]ty & his Ma[jes]ty that now is, in the late vnhappy warres have xx s. now paid him by the Threas[urers] as a gratuity and that at the next gen[er]all sess[ion]s to be holden at Pontefract to be then admitted penc[i]oner in the Roome of one Edw[ard] Wilson of Stock a penconer lately dead & have his penc[i]on w[hi]ch is xiij s. iiij d. q[ua]rterly And that at the same sess[ion]s the Threas[urer] is to pay him other xx s. as a gratuity.
