Vpon the petition of Robert Smith of Vrchfont in the County of Wilts[hire] husband[man] And it appearing to this Court that by reason of the wounds he receaved when he was a Souldier in the service of his late Majesty hee is much disabled in body for worke. This Court doth Order that the Treasurer for the North p[ar]te of this County for maimed Souldiers and Marriners shall pay vnto him an yearely penc[i]on of Twenty shillinges p[er] ann[um] to bee paid him q[uar]terly The first payment thereof to beginne at Midsummer Sessions next.
