The Petic[i]on of Robert Barries, John Southworth, Thomas Johnson, John Miller & Robert Ribchester of Myerscouch poore maymed Souldiers now exhibited to this Court concerneing their penc[i]ons is referred to doctor William Fife who is desired by this Court to call before him John Browne Treasurer of the moneys allowed for the said Maymed Souldiers and Examyne the Cause wherefore the said souldiers have not their penc[i]ons allowed them, and to Certifye the said Cause to this Court at the next Sessions here to bee houlden.
